Welcome to our new bingo lobby! We hope you already had a little look around and like what we’ve seen so far.
To help you find what you need to enjoy your bingo with us and show you our new features, we’ve put together our handy guide.
Over the past few months, our team has worked hard to enhance your gaming experience with us. Our new lobby is mobile friendly and provides you easy access to our bingo rooms and online slot games.
Once you logged in, you will enter our bingo area. The first rooms you will see are our popular Royal Room sessions. Currently, we offer you five different Royal Rooms including our latest edition the Royal Room Mystery Jackpot.
At the top, you’ll find the navigation of the various network bingo rooms. We’ve categorised them based on bingo features: 90 Ball, 75 Ball, Daily Jackpot, Free and Invite Only. Please be aware that our screenshot still shows the ‘generic’ version.
You can also click on ‘All’ which shows all our bingo rooms in order of the sessions which start next.
To enter a bingo room, just click anywhere on the bingo ticket. You’ll also see whether the room is accompanied with a chat host and next game due in the lower part of the bingo room ticket.
Inside the room, you’ll notice that we’re introducing a different layout.
On the left-hand side, you can select your bingo tickets. The selected bingo tickets change colours and once purchased appear greyed out. Next to the bingo tickets, you’ll see the chat window which you can close by clicking on the respective arrow. If you fancy a game on our mini games, then you can do that by clicking on our selection which you’ll find on the right-hand side.
At the top, you can see the room name, total players currently playing, timer for next session and any jackpot amounts should it be a jackpot bingo room.
If you want to deposit or withdraw while playing, then you need to click on the arrow button which you’ll find next to your ‘Total Balance’ or click on the ‘Deposit Button’.
By clicking on the ‘Cashier’ button, you’ll enter our banking area which allows you to withdraw and deposit funds.
Under more you will also be able to set deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly).
Once you’ve done, just click on the cross in the top right corner to get back to the bingo game or instant game.
If you fancy playing any of our 500 slot games, then select slots in the side panel which you’ll find on the left- hand side in our lobby.
Once you’ve clicked on the logo you’d like to play, the game will open in a pop up. If you can’t find what you’re looking for then use our search functionality which you can find at the top right corner in form of the magnifying glass.
Some of the new bingo lobby features we’ve added in recent days are your Loyalty Rewards, Promotions and an overview of our sister sites.
Especially our promotion tab should provide you with all the information and offers you might be interested in without the need to leave the lobby.
Currently, you can find a total of 12 different promotions outlining deposit offers, free bingo sessions and much more.
To find out more about the various items within the promotion tab, just click on the image or the ‘Read More’ button. It will then lead you to the respective promotion page without leaving our bingo lobby.
As you might know, we have a few bingo sites that you can play at. In total, there are eight other bingo brands which you can now visit via our bingo lobby. Within the ‘My Account’ area, you can update your details, submit documents and regulate your time spent in our bingo lobby.
You can access your details by clicking on the arrow next to your username.
You cannot only see your bonus history and past transactions but can also set reminders of how long you’ve been playing on the site.
