• Loyalty level is classified according to players monthly deposit activity
• The Loyalty levels are updated daily i.e. if you made the first deposit on a specific day, your loyalty level will be upgraded on the following day.
• Players can not only move up but also down the loyalty levels based on their activity on the site. Loyalty levels are reset to ‘White’ on the first day of each month.
• We reserve the right to amend or remove these offers at one month’s notice.
• We reserve the right to change a player’s loyalty level at its own discretion, as well as the loyalty levels themselves.
• We maintain the right to upgrade or downgrade any player from any Loyalty level at its own sole discretion.

Loyalty Benefits:

• In order to be eligible for the Loyalty Benefits, you should be a registered subscribed player and be classified at least as a “White”.
• If you wagered on the Site, during the week depending on your loyalty level, you will receive a percentage from any of your losing bets, as real money to your account, on the following month (“Cash-back”).
• Cash-back will be calculated as follows: real money wagers – real money wins.
• Bets generated from Bonus Money do not contribute towards Cash-Back calculation.
• The Cash Back will be credited as real money with no wagering requirements attached to it. The maximum Cashback Bonus that you can gain is €/£150 (only one account of each player can receive the ‘Cash-back Bonus’).
• Cashback will only be credited from €/£5. i.e. if you are eligible for a cashback lower than £5, no cashback will be credited.
• Cashback credits will take place on Thursdays for bets generated between Thursday and Wednesday. Credits can take up to 72h to be credited if they are not credited on a Thursday.
• Free Tickets: As defined in the table above, we reserve the right to change the game to which free tickets will be credited to at any given time with no notice.
• Free tickets are valid for 24 hours.
• Free Spins winnings are capped at a maximum winning amount of €/£0.50 in games bonus funds for every 5 spins received.
• Free Spins are valid for 24 hours.
• Once players use all of their Free Spins, the total winning points that they have accumulated from using the Free Spins will be converted into a games bonus: Every 100 points = £€/£1 in games bonus funds (subject to the maximum winning amount below).
• Free Spin winnings will be granted only after all of the Free Spins have been used.
• Free Spins: According to your loyalty level, you are granted ‘Free Spins’, as defined in the table above. For each winning spin, you will gain points. Once your spins are over, your points will be converted to games bonus funds. In order to cash out these funds, you should wager them 65 times. Winnings from bonus money can be cashed–out up to a value of £100.
• Please note that not all Instant Games contribute the same amount towards the wagering requirements.
